Animator
CreativeYou make things move — characters, objects, entire worlds — frame by painstaking frame. Whether it's 2D, 3D, or motion graphics, you'll spend hours adjusting a single second of movement until it feels alive. The work is tedious, the deadlines are impossible, and your wrist will hate you, but watching your creation walk, talk, and emote is genuinely magical.

What you'll actually do
- 01Animate characters frame by frame until a 3-second clip takes an entire day
- 02Rig 3D models with bones and constraints that break the moment you pose them
- 03Review your work at 24fps and notice the one frame that's slightly off — now you can't unsee it
- 04Attend dailies where the director says 'it's almost there' for the 15th time
- 05Study real-world motion reference by watching videos of people walking in slow motion like a creep
- 06Fight render farms for compute time when every other animator also has a deadline tomorrow
