What you'll actually do
- 01Diagnose vehicle problems using OBD scanners and experience
- 02Perform oil changes, brake jobs, and tire rotations
- 03Replace engines, transmissions, and major components
- 04Test drive vehicles to verify repairs
- 05Explain repair costs to customers who Googled the part price and think labor is free
- 06Stay current on new vehicle technology (EVs are coming)
- 07Clean grease from places you didn't know grease could reach
