Childcare Center Director

You run the whole center now — licensing, staffing, budgets, parent complaints, state inspections, and the never-ending quest to keep ratios legal when three teachers call out sick on the same day. You went into childcare because you love kids, and now you spend most of your day in an office making sure other people can love kids on your behalf.

What you'll actually do
