What you'll actually do
- 01Assess client IT infrastructure and find problems they didn't know they had (and some they're hiding)

- 03Write recommendations reports that are technically sound and politically survivable
- 04Present findings to executives and translate 'your entire stack is technical debt' into business language
- 05Scope projects and estimate costs that clients will immediately try to negotiate down by 40%
- 06Travel to client sites and work with teams who see you as either a savior or an intruder
