You know every strain, every edible, every tincture, and now you're training people who think working at a dispensary is just 'hanging out and talking about weed.' It's not. You track inventory to the tenth of a gram, ensure compliance with regulations that change constantly, and manage the floor when things get busy. The discount is still nice though.

What you'll actually do

• 01Train new budtenders on product knowledge and compliance protocols
• 02Manage daily inventory counts and flag discrepancies before the auditor does
• 03Handle customer complaints and complex product recommendations
• 04Ensure all staff are following state and local cannabis regulations
• 05Coordinate with the inventory team on restocks and vendor deliveries
• 06Know every product in the display case better than the suppliers do
