Pharmacy Director

Healthcare

You run the entire pharmacy department — staffing, budget, formulary management, regulatory compliance, and the technology that keeps medications flowing. You're a pharmacist by training and a manager by necessity. The drug knowledge that got you here is now 10% of your day; the other 90% is budgets, meetings, and making sure the 340B program doesn't get audited into oblivion.
