- 03Manage unit resources including personnel, equipment, and budgets
- 04Write OPDs, OPERs, and award recommendations until your eyes blur
- 05Develop subordinate leaders and build unit cohesion
- 06Take responsibility for everything your unit does or fails to do — literally everything
