Insulation Worker

Skilled Trades

You install insulation in buildings, pipes, and industrial equipment to control temperature, reduce noise, and improve energy efficiency. You'll work in attics where the temperature hits 140 degrees, crawl spaces where the spiders have established civilizations, and mechanical rooms where pipes go everywhere. The materials are itchy, the spaces are cramped, and the work is essential to every building's energy performance.
