What you'll actually do

  • 01Fix plumbing leaks, electrical outlets, broken doors, and HVAC issues — all before lunch

  • 03Perform preventive maintenance on building systems that nobody appreciates until they fail
  • 04Manage a parts inventory that's always missing the one thing you need for today's emergency
  • 05Navigate tenant complaints with diplomacy, knowing they called you last because they tried YouTube first
  • 06Climb on roofs, crawl under buildings, and squeeze into mechanical rooms that violate human dignity
