What you'll actually do

- 04Manage a parts inventory that's always missing the one thing you need for today's emergency
- 05Navigate tenant complaints with diplomacy, knowing they called you last because they tried YouTube first
- 06Climb on roofs, crawl under buildings, and squeeze into mechanical rooms that violate human dignity
