What you'll actually do

  • 01Write user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers will immediately question

  • 04Conduct user interviews and translate 'I want it to be easier' into actual requirements
  • 05Mediate between design, engineering, and sales — each speaking a completely different language
  • 06Say 'not right now' to feature requests from people who outrank you
  • 07Update Jira tickets so your board looks organized even though everything is on fire
