UX Researcher
TechnologyYou study how real people actually use products — not how designers assume they do — and turn those observations into insights that improve the user experience. You'll conduct interviews, run usability tests, analyze survey data, and present findings that occasionally confirm the team's assumptions but more often prove them spectacularly wrong. You're the voice of the user in rooms full of people who think they already know what users want.
