What you'll actually do

- 04Verify patient insurance coverage before services are rendered — because surprises are bad in healthcare billing
- 05Reconcile payments against expected reimbursements and investigate every discrepancy
- 06Explain medical bills to patients who are shocked to learn what their insurance doesn't cover
